Establecimiento mixto en producción de 620 hectáreas en Anta, sobre la umbral al Chaco. El suelo dominante es Asociacion, sobre el 57% de la superficie (carta 1:500.000). Régimen de 771 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró soja en el 33% y maiz en el 15% del lote. Acceso a 18 km de Centro 25 de Junio, por camino consolidado. Mejoras: aguada, corrales y manga y alambrado perimetral en buen estado. Se alquila por campaña. El precio es por hectárea y por año.
