Description
Lote con historia agrícola continua de 700 hectáreas en Anta, sobre la umbral al Chaco. El suelo dominante es Asociacion, sobre el 74% de la superficie (carta 1:500.000). Régimen de 759 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró soja en el 92% del lote. Acceso a 15 km de Centro 25 de Junio, por camino consolidado. Mejoras: silos y energía eléctrica.
