Fracción de aptitud agrícola de 362 hectáreas en Burruyacú, sobre la umbral al Chaco. El suelo dominante es Asociacion, sobre el 98% de la superficie (carta 1:500.000). Régimen de 903 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró soja en el 66% y poroto en el 20% del lote. Acceso a 5 km de Piedrabuena, por camino consolidado. Sin mejoras declaradas: se entrega como campo puro. El perímetro publicado es el de la parcela del catastro provincial.
