Régimen de 650 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. Atención: el 90% de la superficie está ordenada como categoria ii (amarillo) — uso sostenible, sin desmonte, con las limitaciones que eso implica. Acceso a 25 km de Cuchilo Có, por camino consolidado. Mejoras: aguada y corrales y manga.
