Lote con historia agrícola continua de 310 hectáreas en General López, sobre la pampa núcleo. Régimen de 1007 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró soja en el 51% del lote. Acceso a 16 km de Teodelina. Sin mejoras declaradas: se entrega como campo puro.
