El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró soja en el 50% del lote. Acceso a 17 km de Amenábar. Sin mejoras declaradas: se entrega como campo puro.
