Description
Establecimiento mixto en producción de 400 hectáreas en General Viamonte, sobre la cuenca del Salado. El suelo dominante es Asociacion, sobre el 74% de la superficie (carta 1:500.000). Régimen de 1077 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró soja en el 36% del lote. Acceso a 8 km de Morse, por camino consolidado. Mejoras: alambrado perimetral en buen estado y galpón. El perímetro publicado es el de la parcela del catastro provincial.
