Campo de cría con pasturas implantadas de 2954 hectáreas en Gualeguaychú, sobre la Mesopotamia. El suelo dominante es Complejo Punta Caballos, sobre el 40% de la superficie (carta 1:100.000). Régimen de 1163 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. Acceso a 18 km de Ceibas, por camino consolidado. Mejoras: aguada, corrales y manga, alambrado perimetral en buen estado y energía eléctrica. El perímetro publicado es el de la parcela del catastro provincial.
