Campo mixto, con lotes de agricultura y pastura de 1170 hectáreas en Hucal, sobre la pampa arenosa. El suelo dominante es Asociacion, sobre el 100% de la superficie (carta 1:500.000). Régimen de 759 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró barbecho en el 14% del lote. Acceso a 9 km de General San Martín, por camino consolidado. Sin mejoras declaradas: se entrega como campo puro.
