El suelo dominante es GND Complejo de suelos pobremente drenados alcalinos Arroyo Saladillo de la Vuelta II 30, clase de uso VIIws, sobre el 29% de la superficie (carta 1:50.000). Régimen de 1023 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró soja en el 25% del lote. Acceso a 7 km de Fortín Tiburcio. Mejoras: galpón.
