Campo mixto, con lotes de agricultura y pastura de 180 hectáreas en Las Colonias, sobre la pampa núcleo. Régimen de 1060 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró soja en el 51% del lote. Acceso a 7 km de San Mariano. Mejoras: aguada y alambrado perimetral en buen estado.
