Campo con monte nativo en pie de 196 hectáreas en Libertador General San Martín, sobre la Chaco semiárido. El suelo dominante es Asociacion, sobre el 56% de la superficie (carta 1:500.000). Régimen de 1246 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. Atención: el 96% de la superficie está ordenada como categoria ii (amarillo) — uso sostenible, sin desmonte, con las limitaciones que eso implica. Acceso a 13 km de Pampa del Indio, por camino consolidado. Mejoras: energía eléctrica. El perímetro publicado es el de la parcela del catastro provincial.
