Description
Campo agrícola en plena producción de 2740 hectáreas en Mayor Luis J. Fontana, sobre la Chaco semiárido. El suelo dominante es Asociacion, sobre el 100% de la superficie (carta 1:500.000). Régimen de 1092 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró soja en el 54% del lote. Acceso a 14 km de Mesón de Fierro, por camino consolidado. Mejoras: silos.
