Campo de cría con pasturas implantadas de 420 hectáreas en Patiño, sobre la Chaco semiárido. El suelo dominante es Asociacion, sobre el 57% de la superficie (carta 1:500.000). Régimen de 1183 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. Acceso a 12 km de Villa General Güemes, por camino consolidado. Mejoras: aguada, alambrado perimetral en buen estado y energía eléctrica.
