Description
Lote con historia agrícola continua de 624 hectáreas en Pocho, sobre la Chaco semiárido. El suelo dominante es Complejo, sobre el 100% de la superficie (carta 1:500.000). Régimen de 1003 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró maiz en el 51% y soja en el 12% del lote. Acceso a 7 km de Villa de Pocho, por camino consolidado. Mejoras: silos. El perímetro publicado es el de la parcela del catastro provincial.
