Complejo de suelos hidromorficos Arroyo Giles 165, clase de uso IVws, sobre el 51% de la superficie (carta 1:50.000). Régimen de 1106 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró maiz en el 45% del lote. Acceso a 4 km de Azcuénaga, por camino consolidado. Mejoras: galpón y energía eléctrica. El perímetro publicado es el de la parcela del catastro provincial.
