Campo mixto, con lotes de agricultura y pastura de 290 hectáreas en San Jerónimo, sobre la pampa núcleo. Régimen de 1023 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró soja en el 14% y maiz en el 10% del lote. Acceso a 11 km de Centeno, por camino consolidado. Mejoras: aguada, alambrado perimetral en buen estado y casa principal.
