Régimen de 986 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró soja en el 25% del lote. Acceso a 18 km de Villa Concepción del Tío, por camino consolidado. Mejoras: aguada, alambrado perimetral en buen estado, casa principal y energía eléctrica.
