Fracción de aptitud agrícola de 150 hectáreas en San Martín, sobre la pampa núcleo. Régimen de 1005 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró soja en el 88% y maiz en el 11% del lote.
