Campo de cría con pasturas implantadas de 760 hectáreas en Utracán, sobre la pampa arenosa. El suelo dominante es Asociacion, sobre el 75% de la superficie (carta 1:500.000). Régimen de 624 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. Atención: el 94% de la superficie está ordenada como categoria ii (amarillo) — uso sostenible, sin desmonte, con las limitaciones que eso implica. Acceso a 21 km de Quehué, por camino consolidado. Mejoras: aguada, corrales y manga y alambrado perimetral en buen estado.
