Establecimiento mixto en producción de 620 hectáreas en Patiño, sobre la Chaco semiárido. El suelo dominante es Asociacion, sobre el 100% de la superficie (carta 1:500.000). Régimen de 1227 mm anuales. El balance hídrico anual es deficitario, así que el planteo depende de la reserva del perfil. En la campaña 2024/25 el mapa nacional de cultivos registró soja en el 28% del lote. Acceso a 24 km de Bartolomé de las Casas. Mejoras: aguada, corrales y manga, silos y casa principal.
