In Mendoza the cadastral reference is made up of these fields, from general to specific:

Departamento	The province's first-level administrative division.	2
Distrito	A subdivision of the department.	2
Sección	The subdivision of the circunscripción, almost always with a letter.	2
Manzana	The city block surrounded by streets.	4
Parcela	The specific property: the plot with its own boundaries.	6
Subparcela	Part of the parcel, usually a condominium unit.	5

Characters are the length of each field in the roll the provinces report to AFIP.

Mendoza's cadastral reference is a single 21-digit number; the first two digits are the department.

The tax roll number in Mendoza

Tax roll (padrón de rentas): this is what the property tax account is called in Mendoza. It is not the cadastral reference: the reference says where the parcel is, the tax roll number identifies the tax account.

Where to find it

In the title deed, in the section that describes the parcel, together with its measurements and boundaries.
On the provincial property tax bill, next to the tax roll number.
On the survey plan and in the cadastral report or certificate issued by the provincial cadastre.
In the viewer or website of the provincial agency: ATM - Administración Tributaria Mendoza, Dirección de Catastro.
