Intended land use

The productive destination declared by the person publishing: agricultural, livestock, mixed, forestry or other.

It is the productive destination with which the property is offered. It is declared by the person who publishes, unlike land capability and current use, which comes from official data.

  • Agricultural: intended for crops.
  • Livestock: intended for breeding, rearing or wintering.
  • Mixed: combines agriculture and livestock, which is most common in the core area.
  • Forestry: intended for forest plantation.
  • Other: any destination that does not fit into the previous ones.

It is worth contrasting it with hard data. A property offered as agricultural with land capability VI and 400 mm of rain is stating an intention, not a reality.
