INTA's National Crop Map classifies, based on satellite images, what was planted in each 30-meter pixel during the summer campaign. It is not a statement from the producer: it is what was detected from the satellite.
It is the data that comes closest to proof of what property produces. The land capability tells what could be done; current usage says what was done. A property class III that comes with soybeans three seasons in a row is saying something that no index says.
It also states the opposite: a property that is offered as agricultural but appears as non-agricultural in the last campaign deserves a question.
It covers the agricultural region, not the entire country: outside that range the data does not exist and the section does not appear in report.
